In the immediate area of Le Petit Rêve (LPR), three−star and four−star hotels, such as the Best Western and Mercurie, charge upwards of €175 and €250 a night, respectively, for a deluxe suite. In more tourist-oriented areas of Paris, such as the areas in or around the Marais (4th arrondissement) and Luxembourg Gardens (6th arrondissement), rooms at similar establishments cost upward of €300 per night. Such accommodations simply can’t compare with the privacy, comfort and amenities offered at LPR.

An excellent exposure and a well-designed floor plan ensures that guests enjoy a light and airy space, even in the worst of weather. The front of penthouse, which features five windows − all with stunning views of La Tour Eiffel − is oriented southwest, providing a luminous perspective of the Parisian rooftops and city skyline.
