| Summary |
| Le Petit Rêve (LPR) is designed
to meet the needs of travelers who demand private, high-quality
rental property. It offers:
|
|
|
| Stylish,
elegant & luxurious accommodation
|
|
As LPR website’s illustrates, the penthouse is truly stylish,
elegant and luxurious. Guests are not disappointed upon arrival
– a common experience for many Parisian travelers. To
manage the expectations of prospective clients, one selective
rental agency, JustFrance www.justfrance.com posts a "note of caution":
"The rental of apartments in Paris can be a delicate affair.
In no other area of French property rentals is there so much
potential for disappointment and misunderstanding.
The problem, we believe, lies in the gap between travelers
fantasies of a typical Paris apartment, and the unfortunate
reality. When people think of Paris, they imagine a city which
more than any other in the world epitomizes style, elegance
and unfailing good taste in all things related to the decorative
arts. This perception is actively fostered by Parisians and
borne out in innumerable ways, from the way Parisian women
dress to how galleries and antiquaries arrange their merchandise
in store display windows. But alas, when it comes to apartments
offered for rental, nothing could be further from the truth."

|
| Private,
romantic getaway |
|
Le Petit Rêve (LPR), with its top-floor privacy and its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, is the perfect romantic getaway for honeymooners and lovers. It’s particularly enchanting at night when the world famous structure ’comes alive’ each hour, on the hour, with the twinkling of thousands of lights. And on a stormy evening, with the sound of rain tapping on its tin and slate-covered
roof and the glow soft lights and candles illuminating its warm interior, the penthouse makes guests feel ensconced in a world of their own.

| Open,
light & airy space |

An excellent exposure and a well-designed floor plan ensures
that guests enjoy a light and airy space, even in the worst
of weather. The front of penthouse, which features five windows

southwest, providing a luminous perspective of the Parisian rooftops and city skyline.
The back faces northeast, so the morning sun, as well as the

bathroom.

At night, fine lighting and a selection of candles adorn every room, adding a soft ambience and touch of romance that
complements the world-famous metallic structure, especially during its ’on-the-hour’ spectacle when thousands of
